Recycling Changes

14/11/11 - As of today, handling and disposal fees will be charged on certain e-waste items as noted below.

Computers, laptops and servers less than 5 years old will be accepted as donations at no cost. Working LCD/Flatscreen monitors are free.

Any computer, laptop or server more than 5 years old will attract a handling and disposal fee.

Handling and Disposal Fees:

Computers, laptops, servers more than 5 years old - $5 Handling Fee (this price includes 1 keyboard & 1 mouse per computer)

CRT Monitors/Screens (working or not) - $30 Handling & Disposal Fee

LCD Monitors (not working) - $10 Handling & Disposal Fee

Printers (working or not) - $5 Handling & Disposal Fee (this price may vary according to printer type)

TVs (working or not) - $50 Handling & Disposal Fee

Switches, Hubs, Routers & Modems - $5 Handling Fee

UPS (uninterruptible power supplies) - $10 Handling & Disposal Fee

Other peripherals including cables, mice, keyboards, software/hardware manuals & booklets etc. are charged at a mixed kg rate of $0.50 per kg
